What started over twenty years ago as a simple one-man guide service has evolved to become eastern Canada's premier waterfowl outfitter. We have been able to assemble an incredible team of guides that have been the backbone of our success. Our main goal is customer satisfaction- which goes beyond just shooting a limit of birds. We try to be as accommodating as possible in order to give hunters the trip they are looking for. This includes being flexible with anything from scheduling dates, styles of hunts, to the type of lodging that best suits the group. We are proud to have built relationships with many of our hunters that make them feel more like family and friends than customers.

We are very accessible as a drive-to location being that we are within 7-8hrs of most of the NE metro areas in the US, and within 3-4 hrs of a large part of the Canadian population. Our typical trips are 3-day packages. However, we do accommodate day-hunters and trips for any number of days (schedule permitting).

Established in 1999, we've been guiding world-class waterfowl hunts for more than 20 years. We are primarily known for our Canada Goose hunting, as we are in a huge staging area that holds 100's of thousands of geese throughout the season. In recent years the Greater Snow Goose migration has pushed into our area, allowing for some great Snow Goose hunting both in the fall and spring. Over the last several years our duck hunting has deteriorated, so it's become less predictable. One of our biggest assets is our team of guides- they all are energetic, very knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. They all know there is a lot more to putting on successful hunts than just calling the birds in.

Rates: 3 Day Hunt - Includes 3 morning hunts, 3 nights lodging, HST (tax) included
$1300 CDN (Approx $1100 USD, depending on actual exchange rates)

5 Day Hunt - Includes 5 morning hunts, 5 nights lodging, HST (Tax) Included
$2000 CDN (Approx $1670 USD, depending on actual exchange rates)

On all our hunts, if for some reason the morning hunt is unsuccessful, we hunt in the afternoon at no additional charge.

Afternoon fishing charters for Walleye or Bass are available based on availability and weather, $400 CDN per boat, (3-4 people)

Hunt Styles: Our hunts are primarily dry fields, we also hunt small bodies of water, and do big water hunts on the St. Lawrence River.

Common species targeted: Canada Geese, Greater Snow Geese, Mallards & Goldeneye.

Season Dates: Late September - Early January

Closest Airport and the time it takes to travel to/from: Ottawa, On - 1 hr
Montreal, Qc - 1:20 hrs. Airport pick-up and drop-off available, $200 each way. We recommend hunters rent their own vehicle.

Lodging/Accommodations: Private Lodging Provided, Hotel/Motel Provided, Meals Extra, Bird Cleaning.

We offer a variety of lodging options, subject to availability. Our own lodge (The Roost), can accommodate 2 groups of up to 4 hunters, each suite has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room areas. We also offer a large waterfowl cottage on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, it will accommodate a group of up to 8 hunters. For those that prefer a hotel setting, we offer a choice of 2 different hotels that we have partnerships with.

Bird cleaning is free of charge - Birds will be breasted leaving a wing attached for legal transportation.

What to bring: Guns, ammunition, personal clothing, rubber boots, and coolers.

Waterfowl Daily and Bag Limits: Canada Geese 5 (3 WMU 65 Sept 4th Saturday in Sept for a period of 35 days)

Non Hunters: $60 per day/night

State/Province Hunting Requirements: Ontario Non-Resident Small Game License
Canadian Federal Migratory Permit (Duck Stamp)

Terms: 25% Deposit at time of booking

No minimum number of hunters or days

Dog/Retriever Policy: Our guides all have well-trained dogs, however, hunters are welcome to bring their dogs when booking as a group. Most of our lodging options allow dogs, we ask that you keep them off the beds and furniture.

Other: Preferred Group size is 4-6 hunters. Groups of less than 4, are subject to have additional hunters added to the group. Large groups will be split into smaller groups of 4-6 unless they request to hunt as a large group.
