Founded in 2012, STRAIT lake lodge is an Intensely managed waterfowl property.
We feature 5 blocks of timber and many field hunting locations. Enjoy a beautiful setting with great lodging and meals. Afternoon activities include white perch fishing, 5 stand shooting, and specklebelly hunting.
Offering a world-class waterfowling experience in flooded timber, standing beside trees in knee-deep water. We provide flooded timber as well as field hunting in nice comfortable pits. Fields are custom farmed and scouted for ultimate success. We deliver an experience that all waterfowl hunters want to have taken part in. All amenities included.
Rates: $1100.00 per day/per gun; all-inclusive. Non-hunters are $500/day.
Hunt Style: Flooded timber and field hunts from pits.
Common species targeted: Mallards, Gadwall, Pintail, Wigeon, Teal.
Season Dates: Nov 20- Jan 31 less the closed dates.
Split is usually the first 10 days of Dec, and 24-25 of Dec hunting is closed.
Closest Airport and the time it takes to travel to/from: Little Rock - 1 hour; Memphis - 1 hour

Lodging/Accommodations:
Private Lodging Provided, Meals Provided, Bird Cleaning
What to bring: Warm camo, shotgun (20 ga preferred in woods). Shotguns available for use for commercial flying clients. Shells available at the lodge. Bring a shell bag and your license.
Waterfowl Daily and Bag Limits: 4 mallards and 2 other ducks for a total of 6 ducks.
Terms: 50% deposit on booking.
Balance due 15 days before the trip.
State/Province Hunting Requirements (license, stamps..):
Arkansas state stamp, Federal stamp, Hunting license, HIP registration.
A short-term license is available in AR.
Other Info:
10% discount for Military and Police.
50% cost for youth under 15.
Group size 7 preferred.
Dog/Retriever Policy:
Well-trained retrievers are welcome and a kennel will be available for client use.
