I was born in born in Kalispell, Montana, and moved to the Front Range of Colorado when I was young and I’ve been here ever since! I was introduced to the world of waterfowl hunting at a young age, and am blessed to have a dad that is just as ate up with it as I am. He is the one who taught me the ‘ins and outs’ of this crazy game. I’ve been blessed to be able to experience a wide variety of waterfowl hunting across North America; from Arkansas timber to Saskatchewan barley fields, and I have even been able to hunt South America.

I spend a large majority of my life chasing waterfowl with my dog, Ash, fly fishing western rivers, and chasing Tarpon in Florida. I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Agricultural Business. Apart from Split Reed, I work full time as a Farm and Ranch Real Estate Broker for Hayden Outdoors in both Colorado and Wyoming.

I guided waterfowl hunts for 6 years up and down the Central Flyway in Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Texas, and Saskatchewan, and have obtained a passion for providing people with top-notch experiences in the outdoors. Building relationships with tried and true outfits, brands, and past clients have been a large part of my life. With that, connecting you with trusted outfitters, brands, and experiences in the outdoors is a top priority of mine!
