Need to Know:

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is holding two public auctions of confiscated fishing, hunting, and trapping equipment this fall.

Auctions will be held online at www.hillerauction.com

Bidding catalogs will be available prior to the auction, and onsite inspection of equipment will be held from 10a.m. to 4p.m., on the Friday before each auction at the Hiller Auction Service (Zimmerman, MN)

September 19th, 2020 – scheduled date for the first auction – Catalog available September 15th

October 24th, 2020 – scheduled date for second auction – Catalog available October 20th

The first auction will begin to close at 10 a.m. on September 19th, the second auction will begin to close at 10 a.m. on October 24th.

Good to Know:

The equipment notably includes 501 firearms and 71 bows.

Equipment is being sold “as is” this includes equipment with faults or defects, once items are purchased, they cannot be returned.

Purchased items cannot be shipped and must be picked up in person from the Hiller Auction Service in Zimmerman Minnesota
