Duck Pizza

This is a great recipe when you find some of that duck hidden deep in the freezer, or maybe you're cooking for a crowd that doesn't appreciate “wild game” flavors as we do. One of the reasons I like this recipe so much is you can add your own twist depending on what you toppings you like. It's very simple to make and absolutely delicious!

Step 6: Cook pizza at 450 degrees until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. I would suggest 475 if cooking on the grill and expect a crispier crust but it's still really good! (Photo 8-9)

Step 7: Sit back and enjoy the pizza while observing how many people are surprised that duck could taste this good!
